Pricing and Scheduling

We offer free estimates via the phone or email. We consider the house size, floor type, number of bathrooms and bedrooms, and desired cleaning frequency. Once we visit with you at the house to be cleaned, we will give you a final price for our services. We have a first-time/one-time extra fee according to the size and work to be done at the house.

Frequency

We offer our services as needed. The price is estimated according to the frequency that the house will be cleaned. We also include a first time cleaning fee on top of the regular price.

Reminders

Once we have established the day and frequency that your house is going to be cleaned, we put you on the schedule. We will call the evening before to let you know what time we plan to be at your house. If you are not home when we call, we will leave a message on your answering machine or voicemail.

Payment Methods

We accept payment by check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover).

          

Contract

We don't have set time contracts, but work on an ongoing basis. We appreciate that our clients let us know 2 weeks in advance when they need to change their next cleaning service or when they won't use our services anymore. This helps us to organize and use the time with other clients. Last minute cancellations affect us badly so we ask our clients to remember to cancel in advance, and have a last minute cancellation fee of 30% of the cleaning price.
